Can you hold a property before I apply?
No. Our rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a home, you’ll need to submit a completed application along with any required fees. -
What’s due before move-in?
Typically, the first month’s rent and a security deposit are required. Some properties may also require the last month’s rent.Move-in terms will be clearly outlined for each listing. -
How old do I need to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply and legally enter into a lease agreement. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. As long as you meet the lease terms and return the unit in good condition (beyond normal wear and tear), your deposit will be refunded minus any applicable deductions. -
When do I need a cosigner?
If you don’t meet the income, credit, or rental history requirements, a qualified cosigner may be required to guarantee the lease. -
How do I apply for a rental?
You can apply online by submitting a completed application, application fee, and supporting documents like proof of income and a valid photo ID. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent payments can be made securely through our tenant portal. We also offer additional options such as bank transfers, depending on the property. -
Can I get a pet after moving in?
Before bringing a pet home, check your lease and contact our team. Some homes allow pets with an added pet deposit or monthly pet rent. Others may have restrictions. -
I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay. What happens?
If one roommate moves out, the remaining tenant must qualify on their own or have an approved replacement added to the lease. Contact us for guidance before making any changes. -
My lease is ending and I plan to move, what should I do?
Most leases require advance written notice. Refer to your lease for the notice period and submit your intent to vacate in writing by the deadline. -
Who pays for maintenance and repairs?
We handle all standard repairs and maintenance. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Submit all maintenance requests through your tenant portal as soon as an issue arises.
