Can rental income be deposited directly into my account?
Yes. We offer direct deposit for all owner disbursements to ensure fast, secure, and convenient access to your funds. -
Can I review or sign the lease?
Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to review the lease before it's signed. Our team handles execution on your behalf unless you prefer otherwise. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we actively buy, sell, and transact real estate. As seasoned investors specializing in property management, we're experts in the full transaction process. -
How and when do I get paid?
Owner payments are typically disbursed monthly via direct deposit after rent is collected and any expenses are deducted. -
How do you handle rent collection?
Tenants can pay online or by other approved methods. We enforce lease terms for late payments and initiate collection procedures as needed. -
What lease lengths do you offer?
Most leases are for 12 months, but we can accommodate other terms based on market demand and your preferences. -
How much do you charge for a security deposit?
Deposits usually match one month’s rent, but we assess each situation individually based on local laws and tenant qualifications. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as the management agreement is signed and the property is rent-ready, we can start to market the property. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, condos, multi-family buildings, and select commercial properties. -
What reports will I receive, and how often?
You’ll receive monthly financial statements with income, expenses, and maintenance updates. Additional reporting is available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant’s security deposit?
We hold security deposits in a designated trust account, in full compliance with Arizona state and local regulations. -
Am I required to accept Section 8 tenants?
