We love pets, and many of our homes welcome them! All pets must be approved in writing before they’re allowed on the property. Please don’t bring a pet to the home (even temporarily) until your PetScreening profile is complete and you’ve received approval.
PetScreening Requirement
We use PetScreening.com to verify and maintain household animal records. Every household must complete a profile, including households with no pets.
Pet Costs for Approved Pets
Monthly Pet Rent: $25–$100 per pet, per month. The monthly amount is based on your pet’s PetScreening “Paw Score.”
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $150 per pet, due prior to move-in (or immediately upon approval if added during the lease).
Resident Responsibility
Residents are responsible for all pet-related damage and cleaning, including odor treatment and any flea/tick or pest remediation, as allowed by the lease and applicable law.
Service and Assistance Animals
Service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets. Pet rent and pet fees do not apply to approved assistance animals, though documentation will be requested through PetScreening for verification and recordkeeping.
